Usually people choose to see a Counsellor because they are experiencing difficulties and distress in their lives. It would be fair to say that all of us at some time need a little help and support in dealing with certain life changes and issues.

SAFE Counselling Services aim is to provide our clients with a confidential one-to-one environment, giving an opportunity to explore feelings safely with a professional therapist, who is independent of family or friends.

We at SAFE Counselling Services, recognize the reality that no two people are the same. What may work for one person in therapy may not suit you and vice versa. During your initial consultation/session, a full Emotional Wellbeing Assessment is completed, and tailored pathway forward, that best suits, will be discussed.

Our therapists will do their best to help you look at your issues, and identify the right course of action for you, either in helping you resolve your difficulties and/or help you find individual ways of coping.
